The Arc of Justice Foundation does not offer for general sale merchandise or other tangible products. As a supporter of the Foundation, you understand that you are making a donation or contribution in support of our program, event, or specific campaign. Any merchandise or other tangible product offered for sale is only in connection with a program, event, or specific campaign.

All refunds or cancellation of any sponsorship for Hidden Legal Figures and any other Foundation program or event are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable sponsorship agreement between The Foundation and the sponsor.

Cancellations of recurring donations may be made upon providing the Foundation with sixty (60) days' notice. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel a recurring donation or contribution.

The Arc of Justice Foundation accepts as support or contribution for its programs, events, or campaigns the United States Dollar (USD; $); Pound Sterling (GPB; £); Canadian Dollar (CAD; $).

The Arc of Justice Foundation collects and uses your information solely for the purpose of (a) maintaining ongoing contact with persons who have provided their information for new and updates on Foundation programs or events, and (b) completing financial transactions in connection with sponsorship, donations, or contributions to Foundation programs or events. The use of such information is governed by the current privacy policies of the payment processing vendor of the Foundation. Those policies will be provided upon request.

The Arc of Justice is Foundation, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit entity. It is incorporated under the laws of the State of Georgia and is in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Hidden Legal Figures is licensed for exclusive use to the Foundation. Contributions or sponsorships to the Foundation for Hidden Legal Figures may qualify for deductions in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and related rules and regulations.
